This program uses the standard VTxtAuto
ActiveX object (missing in some older Windows versions) to synthesize human's
voice (must be Bill Gates' voice?). Of course, you will need a second sound
card, since the first one is already used by MixW.
Download Visual Basic source code and
EXE file: VBMixReader1.zip.
The program expands callsigns using
the phonetic alphabet, also replacing some well-known abbreviations with
better-percepted phrases.
